This will be our last blog / report on injuries from the 2010 Vancouver Winter Games or any sporting event as this isn’t the place to hold anyone’s valued life for all to see and it doesn’t help their families find peace or closure. I don’t do this in-person, or in “real life” and neither do any of our writers.

Earlier in the day I read a variety of press releases on two injuries and felt compelled to share those stories with you. At the time I published that news, I never considered dying from head trauma would be the conclusion and now it deeply bothers me that I followed through with that. I value life more than you’ll ever know. Much like our course of human history, I can’t erase or delete it as it has been already read.

I promise you that we’re here to address the world of sports be it the good, the bad or the ugly. Not sensationalism.
